The 14th Ingredient is “Forgiveness.” We believe a good way to rid yourself of a negative emotional feeling that you perceived was caused by someone else is to take yourself out of your story and feelings and step into the thoughts, beliefs and feelings of the person that hurt you.
This allows you to begin to understand the challenging event from their perception and you realize it’s not about you and can forgive.
Remember, we’re all in this together and having the desire to learn or be better at something simply takes Practice…and Practice Makes Permanent!
